Real estate listings rarely surprise me anymore but this home in the Northshore section of Windward is the exception. It is listed as having 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a 4/5 car garage at a price of $475,000. Would never have believed it if I hadn’t seen it.
This is a great home in Alpharetta and the sellers just dropped the price $40,000 to $459,000
I notice that the Sellers of 6235 Bannerhorn Run in Windward dropped the price $60K to $299,000. Should sell now
The Park at Windward Concourse just sold according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. It is the first commercial sale of this size in a long time. The article doesn’t mention price so I’m guessing it was low. We’ll know when the tax records are filed.
